His-Space Blog

SInce our last post, soooo much has happened! Last week we had a new record of 16 teens in attendance!!! We Praise the Lord for His goodness. There has been a tremendous amount of work done on the room and we are now set up like we hope to be for a long time. Also, and probably most important, Student Led Evangelism (SLE) training has begun!

Last night in his-space, we looked at two of the biggest questions that people will ask when you are witnessing. What a great time around the Word of God!!! You know, don't ever doubt the 1) Authenticity of the Scriptures, 2) Authority of the Scriptures, and 3) the Application of the Scriptures!!!! We will continue next week with a section on....well! come at 6:30 to find out!!!

We had a great first night in his-space! We got our "Daily Devo" book and learned that The Lord wants us to be, "tool close to His hand." (Romans 12:1&2). We are very pumped up with all the blessings that God will pour out on this new ministry! We hope to see you next Wednesday (6:30pm to 8pm) and each and every week after that! his-space youth ministry

We are so excited about His-Space Youth Ministries beginning at our church.  Please join with us in prayer for our leaders and for the many young people that the Lord will bring our way!  We simply want to be a blessing and an encouragement to today's young people.

We begin this Wednesday (May 21st, 2008 at 6:30pm).  Bring your friends, your Bible, and your heart!
